TWC Services is looking for a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Austin team. We''re looking for a seasoned service technician who has spent years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex commercial HVAC systems and is comfortable handling challenging calls independently. What You''ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair large commercial HVAC systems
• Handle complex service calls independently from diagnosis through repair
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment failures
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations professionally with customers
• Support other technicians with complex diagnostics when needed

What We''re Looking For

• 10+ years of demonstrated commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong background servicing equipment in large commercial environments
• Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with large packaged and rooftop HVAC equipment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently diagnose complex system issues
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver''s license

Highly Preferred

• Experience with large-scale mechanical systems and equipment
• Building controls / BAS experience
• Chiller experience
• AAON equipment experience
• Experience with complex commercial HVAC installations in addition to service
• Advanced manufacturer training or certifications
