Job Summary

Identity & Access Management will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of IAM and Automation around IAM. They will be the lead role in ensuring compliance with regulations and managing the continued implementation, monitoring and control of information, IAM governance and ensuring the right access to enterprise assets to the right users in the right context, from a user's system onboarding to permission authorizations to the off boarding of that user as needed is managed across the enterprise.

The role requires a hands-on person who has direct experience in implementing SailPoint governance and managing users' identities through the full life cycle.

The role also requires experience working with business and technology teams on how to manage, secure and remove sensitive data and access rights as defined by the legal/regulatory requirements.

This role will suit an individual who has a passion to develop their own skills and knowledge in information security and data protection compliance; a proactive person who is a 'hands on' starter/finisher, that's driven, enjoys responsibility and achieving results; a highly organised person in their ability to manage and prioritise workload; adept at operating effectively within an organization delivering via influence and relationships rather than all under their control.

Key Accountabilities

• Identity & Access Management
• Experience in implementing end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations and establishing identity governance using SailPoint.
• Candidate should have experience in analysis, design, and development of Identity and Access management solutions using SailPoint IIQ (7.x & 8.x) and Java technology Stack.
• Experience in carrying out application integrations with SailPoint IIQ, dealing with advanced or custom connectors.
• Experience in implementing RBACs, Birthright roles, SODs, etc. • Experience in integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
• Integration experience with Active Directory, API based, other out of the box connectors and custom connectors.
• Good knowledge of Web/application servers and Linux ssh commands (e.g. IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache etc.)
• Experience in hands-on development, effort estimations and fully customized implementations.
• Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes
• Understanding of skills like - OAUTH2, JSON, REST, SOAP and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP and HTTPS etc.)
• Develop the operational processes and controls, and assess their effectiveness in mitigating IAM risks faced by the Commercial Bank of Qatar
• Experience in IAM domains like PAM, SSO technologies Related Assignments • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Required Experience:

>5 Years of direct experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IAM product Experience implementing and delivering an end to end IAM processes Experience with privileged access management tools and processes
