We are seeking a Senior Identity Management Specialist to design, configure, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for hybrid identity environments, access controls, application integrations, security policies, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, implement, and support IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
Implement and manage Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance solutions.
Integrate enterprise applications using authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Kerberos.
Implement and support hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
Troubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across enterprise environments.
Develop and maintain IAM automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and scripting technologies.
Support identity security platforms and solutions, including Silverfort, authentication policies, and Active Directory security controls.
Manage and support certificate lifecycle management, machine identities, and service accounts.
Contribute to IAM architecture, security standards, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and engineering teams to implement secure identity solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) or an equivalent IAM certification.
AZ-104 or AZ-500 certification is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and/or Identity Governance.
Minimum 3 years of experience integrating applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, or similar authentication protocols.
Strong experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, Active Directory, and enterprise IAM technologies.
Experience with Silverfort or similar identity security platforms.
Strong understanding of certificate management, machine identities, service accounts, authentication, authorization, and identity security principles.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
