General Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the technical delivery of Active Directory (AD) migration, consolidation, and identity modernization projects for enterprise customers. This individual will serve as the primary technical lead responsible for technical execution and mentoring delivery resources throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, strong experience with Microsoft Idexecution and (MIM), and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure identity technologies. The ideal candidate combines deep Microsoft identity expertise with strong consulting and leadership capabilities. They should be comfortable driving technical discussions with enterprise customers, mentoring engineers, and owning complex identity transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery.
