Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us:
This company is a growing immigration focused law firm based in the Kansas City metro area, serving individuals, families, and businesses across a wide range of immigration matters. The practice handles family based immigration, business immigration, humanitarian relief, naturalization and citizenship, and removal defense before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
The firm has built its reputation on ethical, client centered representation and a genuine commitment to helping people move through a complicated and often high stakes system with clarity and confidence. As the firm continues to expand its caseload, it is looking to add an experienced attorney who can take on complex matters and help mentor the broader legal team.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to step into a senior role at a firm where immigration is not one practice area among many but the core mission. Attorneys here carry meaningful caseloads across the full spectrum of immigration law rather than being siloed into a single niche, which means real variety and real growth. The firm values direct, honest communication with clients and colleagues alike, and leadership is invested in developing attorneys into long term leaders within the practice rather than treating the role as a revolving seat.
For a bilingual attorney in particular, this role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse client base and make a tangible difference in outcomes that affect families and livelihoods.
The firm offers a collaborative, close knit team environment, competitive compensation, and the autonomy to manage a caseload with real ownership.
