A bit about us:

Our client is a boutique business immigration law firm with a global footprint, serving companies that range from early stage startups to large multinational organizations. For nearly three decades, the firm has built a reputation for designing customized immigration strategies rather than offering one size fits all filings. With offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia, the team delivers a fully integrated, one stop solution covering U.S. immigration, global immigration, and corporate compliance for clients who depend on moving international talent across borders efficiently and legally.

Why join us?

This company was built around the idea that a law firm's culture matters as much as its legal work. The team is intentionally collaborative and collegial, made up of experienced attorneys and legal specialists who genuinely enjoy immigration law and who are encouraged to think creatively rather than follow rigid formulas. Attorneys here are trusted to act as strategic partners to clients, not just processors of paperwork, and are given real ownership over client relationships and case strategy.

The firm places a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and community involvement, and it is proud of the pro bono and outreach work it does to extend immigration representation to those who might not otherwise have access to it. For an attorney who wants meaningful client relationships, intellectually engaging work, and a firm that actually lives its stated values, this is a rare environment.

Job Details

Active law license in good standing and eligibility to practice immigration law in the relevant jurisdiction

Substantial experience handling employment based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa categories (such as H 1B, L 1, O 1, and TN) and immigrant visa / green card processes (PERM, EB 1, EB 2, EB 3)

Direct experience managing a caseload independently, including client counseling, strategy development, and government filings

Strong working knowledge of global immigration considerations and cross border mobility issues is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to business clients and HR stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including serving as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional resource

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple client matters and deadlines simultaneously

A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff

Prior experience in a law firm environment focused on corporate or business immigration strongly preferred
