Overview:


ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager provides technical support services-and in some instances, direct oversight and governance-to Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects, enabling Project Managers to execute deliverables with quality, safety, on schedule, within budget, and as efficiently as possible. They are recognized as an authority and expert in their field, with strong field experience and a deep understanding of best practices and current code requirements. Leveraging their skillset, they challenge execution strategies, validate project readiness, and support the successful delivery of projects and deliverables that improve schedules, reduce costs, and mitigate or eliminate risks. This role works closely with the CPM Manager or RMM Manager, as well as Project Managers overseeing Enterprise Risk projects. When these projects are on refueling outage critical paths, the position is instrument

al in identifying opportunities to reduce critical path hours, shorten outage durations, and prevent risks that could extend outages. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.


Pay range: $84.67 - $114.48

Responsibilities:



* Technical review of key project documentation with the intent to identify, where appropriate, strategies can be refined and/or resources can be applied to improve schedule performance, result in better quality, and/or result in a more efficient use of resources.

* Identify errors or general misconceptions during iterative reviews that must be corrected for successful project implementation.

* Review project documentation including, but not limited to, Project Schedule (both work management and project lifecycle schedules), Implementation Means & Methods, Risk Register, Work Orders and associated documentation, Quality Control Inspections and Hold Points, Test and Commissioning Plans, Clearance Orders and Turnover Strategy, Materials, Tools and Specialty Tooling, Resource Load Boards, Budget and Estimates, Radiological Strategies, and Rigging and Material Handling Plans.

* Validate the quality of all Work Order Tasks (WOT) associated with assigned scope prior to field activities in accordance with Columbia work management processes (both online and outage).

* Remediate WOTs that lack quality, contain incorrect references, introduce error traps, or include poorly written instructions.

* Review, comment on, and provide improvements to testing and/or acceptance plans (factory, shop, site, mock-up, post-modification, etc.).

* Identify activities and/or processes that would benefit from a mock-up.

* Provide input and guidance to ensure mock-ups are effective and impactful.

* Communicate relevant operating experience and identify applicable industry and/or similar operating experiences associated with project activities.

* Develop response strategies that should be considered for each operating experience example.

* Serve as the ASME Person in Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair and Replacement Plan work scope, as needed.
