Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Implementation Manager, responsible for providing technical leadership, execution oversight, and governance support for complex, high-risk industrial projects in a regulated environment. This role ensures project execution strategies are optimized for safety, quality, schedule performance, and cost efficiency.

 

Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical review and validation of project execution plans, schedules, work orders, and risk registers
  • Identify and correct execution gaps, error traps, and inefficiencies in planning and field implementation
  • Provide oversight of field and shop activities to ensure alignment with approved execution strategies
  • Validate work order quality prior to execution and remediate deficiencies
  • Review and improve testing, commissioning, and acceptance plans across project lifecycle phases
  • Apply operating experience and industry best practices to improve execution outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for mock-ups and execution readiness activities to reduce field risk
  • Support compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide oversight during high-risk execution windows, including supervision of large field crews when required
  • Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and engineering teams to remove execution barriers
  • Participate in planning, risk, and readiness reviews including schedule development and high-risk work planning sessions

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in nuclear or highly regulated industrial environments
  • Expertise in outage execution, maintenance planning, and project delivery
  • Proficiency with SAP, Asset Suite, or similar enterprise asset management systems
  • Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of industrial codes, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of human performance improvement and error reduction methodologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Required Experience

  • Experience supporting major outages or large-scale industrial project execution
  • Demonstrated background in technical oversight, planning validation, and field execution support

Education

  • Graduate degree + 10 years experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree + 12 years experience, OR
  • Associate degree + 14 years experience, OR
  • High School/GED + 16 years experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $109.00 to $115.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
