Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior Trial Attorney – Madison, WIWe are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
