    Position OverviewSenior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic. This position is located in Madison, WI and requires relocation. We provide financial relocation assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and providing counseling on various areas of potential risk including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.QualificationsCOVID-19 vaccinationRelocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be reimbursedEye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skillsStrong academic and professional backgroundJD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
