    Description

    Join to apply for the Senior In-House Litigation Attorney role at Epic .Position based on our Madison, WI campus; relocation assistance available.You'll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. Additionally, you'll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.ResponsibilitiesManage complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.Provide litigation and risk‑management counsel, including regulatory and privacy litigation.Coach and collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and mitigate exposure.QualificationsJD with strong academic and professional background.Experience counseling toward risk mitigation and litigation strategy.Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills with a strong attention to detail.Relocation to Madison, WI is required and will be fully reimbursed.COVID‑19 vaccination required.We offer competitive salaries and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
