About the team
We are responsible for program-level governance, launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting that enables Leo leadership to make informed decisions. Our team bridges the gap between product capabilities, technical delivery, and operational execution, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned and progressing toward shared milestones.
We work at the intersection of strategy and execution. We are establishing the frameworks, reviews, and escalation mechanisms that keep LIFT"s complex, multi-domain programs on track. We are building this function from the ground up, which means you will have the opportunity to define processes, set standards, and shape how program management operates within LIFT.
