    Description

    The Senior Industrial / Process Engineer will lead efforts to optimize production systems, improve workflows, and drive technical process innovations across a high volume manufacturing environment. This role combines hands on engineering expertise with strategic leadership to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and at scale.

    The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing and process engineering experience, along with the ability to design facility layouts, streamline material flow, and support scalable production. This position will play a key role in driving automation projects, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring teams to elevate overall plant performance.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze production schedules, workflows, and system specifications to maximize efficiency and quality

    • Design and optimize facility layouts, equipment placement, and material flow

    • Drive process upgrades, automation projects, and system enhancements

    • Implement systems to reduce downtime, costs, and variability

    • Prepare cost models, equipment specifications, and capital expenditure proposals

    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor engineering teams

    • Train staff on new technologies, standards, and best practices

    • Promote a data driven culture focused on operational excellence

    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish production standards


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field required

    • Significant experience in manufacturing process design and optimization required

    • Strong knowledge of production machinery, automation, and facility layouts

    • Experience with process modeling tools and Microsoft Office required

    • AutoCAD experience a plus

    • Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

    Salary: Approximately $150,000/year
