Job Summary:
A Senior Industrial Engineer is needed to support and optimize manufacturing operations within a high-volume production environment. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing production workflows across facility operations.

This is a senior-level position requiring independent judgment, project leadership, and the ability to mentor junior engineering staff.


Senior Industrial Engineer Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Variable Incentive Program
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior Industrial Engineer Highlights

  • Senior Industrial Engineer Responsibilities

    • Lead industrial engineering projects of varying complexity with minimal supervision
    • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflow, and production efficiency
    • Conduct studies related to cost, inventory, production control, and human factors
    • Develop and implement facility layout improvements and operational method revisions
    • Support plant and facilities engineering teams in layout planning and system optimization
    • Establish methods to maximize utilization of labor, equipment, and production systems
    • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across manufacturing operations
    • Coach and review work performed by junior engineers or analysts
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
    • Perform additional duties as assigned


    Senior Industrial Engineer Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
    • Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
    • PhD (no experience required), OR equivalent professional experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments
    • Strong background in manufacturing systems, process improvement, or facility optimization

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
    • Background in plant layout design, workflow optimization, or production systems engineering
    • Experience leading engineering projects or initiatives
    • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
