Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing facilities in Appleton, WI. The role will focus on time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The position will manage onsite/offshore teams, stakeholder communication, program governance, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Multi-model line balancing and level loading.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
7 15 years of experience.
Automotive, Truck, or Off-Highway industry experience.
Additional Skills

Experience leading global and onsite/offshore teams.
Experience with Lean Transformation and multi-project delivery.
