Job Description: The Senior Informatica Developer will support HHSCs PMAS Data Integration Hub initiative by designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL solutions and data integration processes supporting analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IICS, Snowflake SQL, Oracle, healthcare data environments, and enterprise data warehousing. This role requires developing scalable ETL pipelines, integrating data from multiple enterprise sources, supporting Agile delivery, and collaborating with architects, analysts, and engineering teams to implement secure, high-performing, and scalable enterprise data solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL mappings, workflows, and enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
  • Integrate data from structured and unstructured enterprise sources supporting analytics and reporting environments
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain Snowflake SQL scripts supporting data transformation, reporting, and analytics workloads
  • Create Oracle views, materialized views, and database objects supporting dimensional data models and enterprise reporting
  • Participate in Agile development lifecycle activities including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release activities
  • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise data solutions
  • Produce technical specifications, workflow diagrams, mappings, documentation, and implementation artifacts
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support activities
  • Analyze changing business requirements and implement scalable technical enhancements aligned with enterprise objectives


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation scripts and integration processes using Python
  • Support REST and SOAP service integration development activities
  • Assist with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub Actions
  • Support MuleSoft integration and interoperability initiatives
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Snowflake Cortex and Informatica Claire for productivity and modernization efforts
  • Support healthcare data governance, compliance, privacy, and security initiatives including PII/PHI handling requirements


Required Skills:

  • Strong Informatica PowerCenter development experience
  • Strong Informatica IICS development expertise
  • ETL development and enterprise data integration experience
  • Snowflake SQL development and optimization expertise
  • Oracle database development and integration experience
