This position will be based at Reston, VA
Responsibilities:
- Learn, operate, and administer Xacta IA Manager Software Suite.
- Ensure technical security benchmarks are maintained. Analyze Xacta system Nessus scans, conduct remediation/system patching and installation of security patches.
- Provide quality customer support. Interact daily in person, via email and phone conversations with a large user base to provide Xacta software and Risk Management Framework support.
- Develop workflow templates to align with customer business processes and practices.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance and streamline customer Risk Management Framework workflow processes.
