Job Summary
------------
We are seeking a Senior Information System Analyst to join our team in Nevada City, CA. As a Senior Information System Analyst, you will use your technical and leadership experience to support our enterprise vision of excellent service. This person will aid and guide the Desktop Services Team, implement and oversee training and support programs, and assume a project manager role to support the IS team.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate the enterprise IT training program
- Participate in the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team
- Monitor and report on key metrics
- Implement and oversee training and support programs
- Assume a project manager role to support the IS team
- Participate in direction-setting and strategic visioning
- Identify quality issues and recommend resolutions
- Collaborate with senior technical staff and management on technical issues
- Administer surveys and feedback requests and develop action plans
- Set strategic direction for technologies/services in your area of responsibility
- Experience with Lean Sig Sigma or other workflow improvement methodologies
- Data Analysis and Report Generation
Requirements
------------
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, information technology, business administration, geographic information systems, geography, or a closely related field with an emphasis on information systems
- Three years of experience working at a level comparable to a Nevada County Information Systems Analyst II or Geographic Systems Analyst II
- Strong customer service and team leadership experience, project management capability, and program administration skills
- Training will be provided for specific technologies, so prior experience is not as important as a willingness to grow and learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
