Key responsibilities include facilitating deployment of the most complex technical solutions by developing templates, playbooks and automation used during implementation. This individual influences a culture that drives innovation and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Serves as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomesDevelops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes and contributes to the technology strategy for end-to-end engineering solutions and provides feedback to the architecture teamsTranslates business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policiesParticipates in various steering committees for technical and infrastructure service domainsLeads the evaluation of reference models, blueprints and playbooks to ensure they are fit for purposeMentors and guides team members to ensure system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standardsCreates an inclusive and healthy working environment and help to resolve organizational impediments/blockersTranslate business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies.Act as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.Lead the evaluation of reference models, blueprints and playbooks to ensure they are fit for purpose.Contribute to the technology strategy for end-to-end engineering solutions and provide feedback to the architecture teams.Create an inclusive and healthy working environment and help to resolve organizational impediments/blockers.Mentor and guide Infrastructure Engineers II and Technical Analysts to ensure system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards.Participate in various steering committees for technical and infrastructure service domains.Develop software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Cloud Automation Engineer working experienceSignificant experience writing Hashicorp Terraform configurations and modules.Experience with Terraform Enterprise (TFE) tool for resource provisioning.Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code, etc.Proficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code.Strong knowledge of cloud adoption framework etc.Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutionsUnderstanding of landing zones, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Framework principals.Experience with containers related technologies and CICD tools - Jenkins, pipelines, container repos, etc.Experience in programming and infra-automation tools - Terraform, Ansible, Java, python, etc.Experience in Cloud logging, monitoring, and observability toolsProficient in at least one scripting language (i.e. Bash, Python).Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global teamDesired Qualifications:Minimum of a 7-year degree in Computer Science or a related disciplineExperience in financial services industryExperience in various public cloud service providersExperience on technology and infrastructure teamsExperience in Linux/UNIX system administrationExperience with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker)Skills:AdaptabilityBusiness AcumenProduction SupportSolution DesignStakeholder ManagementAutomationInfluenceInnovative ThinkingSolution Delivery ProcessTechnical Strategy DevelopmentTerraformMS Windows Server MaintenanceShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
