What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud services on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance security and compliance across infrastructure environments.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and experience with Docker.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $250K, complemented by equity options valued between $300K and $480K over four years. This company offers a competitive benefits package and a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
