Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in Greenville, SC. This role will require 3 days/week onsite.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of project management experience (PMP or LEAN certification helpful)
• Experience with:
  • Infrastructure project management
  • Project coordination on infrastructure or network-related projects
  • Managing large numbers of activities simultaneously
  • Multiple geographical zones, including management of dispersed teams and large projects
  • Technology infrastructure with exposure to network equipment
  • Waterfall methodology with awareness of PMP, Agile, and other project management best practices
• Experience with these tools:
  • Excel (large workbooks, data tracking, pivot tables, macros, reporting)
  • MS Project
  • Clarity/EasyPPM
  • ServiceNow
  • O365 for teamwork
• Detailed knowledge of project management principles, concepts, and practices
• Network knowledge to include:
  • Network switches
  • Wireless Access Points (APs/WAPs)
  • Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
  • SFPs
  • Edge switches

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle replacement of network infrastructure equipment
• Coordinate equipment ordering, delivery tracking, and deployment scheduling
• Work with multiple North American sites to arrange downtime windows for installation activities
• Track large volumes of equipment throughout the procurement and deployment process
• Maintain project status, milestones, and equipment inventories
• Ensure adherence to established processes and project templates

Education/Certifications:

• PMP or LEAN certification helpful

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
