Job Description Required Education • High School Diploma Preferred Education • Bachelor's degree in a related field Preferred Certification • PMP • Agile delivery credentials such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe • Azure or AWS cloud certifications Required Experience • 7+ years of experience • End-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance • Experience managing multi-domain technology modernization efforts • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs • Vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone-based performance oversight Preferred Experience • Experience with application rationalization • Experience with cloud migration • Experience with infrastructure modernization • Experience with decommissioning and platform consolidation Required Skills • Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and governance • Strong technical fluency • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to translate technical information into business-ready language • Strong vendor and MSP management • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives • Strong leadership and stakeholder management • Ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Preferred Skills • Agile delivery methodologies • Cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS • Technology modernization and platform coordination Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of technology modernization initiatives across Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met • Facilitate due diligence and design sessions • Manage risks and dependencies • Review and approve solution documentation • Coordinate vendors and MSPs • Maintain clear stakeholder communications • Escalate issues and opportunities appropriately • Support business case development • Enable consistent governance and delivery practices • Keep CTMS workstreams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness
