The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion through subscription and cloud-based solutions. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team of 8-12 reps to exceed revenue and performance targets
• Establish and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm, including pipeline management and sales cadence
• Drive a customer-centric sales approach to improve renewal rates and long-term account value
• Partner with sales enablement and cross-functional teams to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Promote adoption of subscription and cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with channel partners and field sales teams to drive aligned execution
• Conduct quarterly business planning and performance reviews
• Act as a liaison across functions to ensure strong collaboration
• Provide structured customer feedback to product and leadership teams
• Optimize sales processes using digital tools, automation, and AI
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with a high level of accuracy (~5% variance)
• Contribute to strategic planning and performance analysis
• Drive consistent overachievement of sales targets and quotas across the team

• 8+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B commercial sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and forecasting with a high level of accuracy (targeting ~5% variance)
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based selling
• Background in manufacturing or industrial technology
• Experience working with channel partners
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools
• Exposure to AI-driven sales tools
