Your responsibilities will include:Preparing customer quotes, including pricing validation, delivery timelines, and terms.Processing customer purchase orders with accuracy and speed.Managing order status through backlog reports, open orders, customer portals, and internal systems.Monitoring and following up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.Coordinating cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.Acting as a primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and suppliers.Supporting business development efforts and assisting with Requests for Quotes (RFQs).Providing consistent, high‑quality account management to both new and existing clients.If you thrive on organization, communication, and proactive customer engagement, this is a role you can truly shine in.Responsibilities & Qualifications:5-7 years of inside sales experience, ideally in technology, IT solutions, manufacturing, distribution, or other customer-facing technical environments. Experience selling technology solutions, networking hardware, AV solutions, managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, or other complex B2B products is highly preferred.
