Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Senior Residential Solar Installer to join our growing installation team. In this role, you'll put your technical expertise to work on residential solar projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installations that help homeowners make the switch to clean, renewable energy.

Roles & Responsibilities
Perform residential solar panel installations on rooftops and ground mounts, including racking, module placement, inverter setup, and wiring.
Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and national (NEC) and local electrical codes.
Assist with site preparation and material staging while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
Accurately document installation details, including photographs, equipment layouts, and material usage.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, inspectors, and internal team members.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and vehicle guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with residential solar installation required.
Strong understanding of solar racking systems, inverters, and electrical components.
Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and with a variety of power tools and equipment.
Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Professional and courteous communication skills.
OSHA certification and/or NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
