What You'll Do
As a Senior Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for our clients and an important part of our agency team.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact for existing clients.
- Answer customer questions and provide clear, accurate information about policies and coverage.
- Handle policy changes, updates, endorsements, and other service requests.
- Assist clients with billing questions, documentation, and general account needs.
- Receive and assist with insurance claims, providing guidance and following up with customers as needed.
- Review client needs and identify opportunities to improve coverage or provide additional value.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive and personalized service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and agency team members to resolve client needs.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment and support your teammates.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continue growing your insurance knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license strongly preferred.
- Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.
- Senior-level customer service, account management, or Personal Lines experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and servicing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, agency management systems, and insurance technology.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
