The work: Case management from start to finish, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and hearings. Our practice spans catastrophic injury, premises liability, trucking/transportation, construction defect and construction law, healthcare liability, product liability, oil and gas, and insurance coverage. Trial experience isn't required, but it's heavily preferred, this firm wants people who want the courtroom.
