We are currently seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution. This role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work across a variety of complex litigation matters.Ideal Candidate:Manage a full caseload independently from inception to trial/arbitrationDraft and argue motions, including dispositive motionsConduct depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)Handle discovery and case strategy developmentCommunicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counselParticipate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparationRequirements:Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.8 to 10 years of civil litigation experience.Insurance Defense experience required.Strong proficiency in legal research and writing.Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions.Familiarity with insurance carrier billing guidelines and reporting requirements.Detail‑oriented, articulate, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Compensation & Benefits:Base Income Range: $170,000 - $195,000Plus, additional performance compensation for exceeding billablesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k)Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays.Location:Long Beach, California (90802)Remote - Come into the office as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
