Great American Custom, an underwriting division of Great American Insurance Group, dedicates itself to serving client needs and delivering outstanding service. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
Experience:
Generally, a minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance operations or customer service. Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Property/Casualty Insurance license.
Knowledge in Excess and Primary line of business.
Scope of Job/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies.
Advanced analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization.
Advanced knowledge of insurance data processing systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, organizational skills, team player and detail oriented.
May provide training, guidance and assistance to lower-level positions.
