Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Previous insurance sales experience (Required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills
