Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to design, build, and maintain integrations across business systems while supporting reporting and database operations.

This role plays a critical dual function-technical integration development and frontline support-serving as a key resource for troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and delivering a high level of service to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk & Support

  • Serve as primary Level 2 support for integration-related issues; triage, troubleshoot, and resolve within defined SLAs
  • Diagnose and resolve failures across Boomi, n8n, and API-based workflows
  • Execute Oracle SQL scripts to support business requests
  • Develop and modify Crystal Reports based on user needs
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, providing updates and setting expectations
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends to build a knowledge base

Integration Development & Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi and n8n
  • Connect internal and third-party systems via RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Monitor integration processes and resolve data flow issues
  • Write, optimize, and maintain Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Document integration architecture, mappings, and error-handling processes

Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for business stakeholders
  • Create new reports and enhance existing ones based on requirements
  • Troubleshoot data accuracy and performance issues

General

  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and change management processes
  • Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and integrations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, reporting, or a related technical role
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi (development, deployment, monitoring)
  • Working knowledge of n8n or similar automation platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL (queries, procedures, triggers)
  • Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience developing or maintaining Crystal Reports
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Boomi Professional Developer certification
  • Experience with other integration/iPaaS tools
  • Background in helpdesk or application development support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience working in Agile or ITIL environments
