Senior Integration Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Architect to design, manage, and support enterprise integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with TIBCO, API Architecture, Middleware, Microservices, and Enterprise Integration.

The candidate will work closely with technical teams, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions, manage production releases, and ensure integration and security standards are followed.

• Lead large-scale enterprise integration projects across multiple platforms.
• Design scalable integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and offshore teams.
• Manage TIBCO platform administration, deployments, releases, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Design, develop, deploy, and support APIs and integration services.
• Manage production releases, changes, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Review requirements, designs, code, testing results, and integration standards.
• Manage SSL, client authentication certificates, digital certificates, and mutual authentication.
• Work with Azure APIM, IBM API Connect/App Connect, TIBCO, and other integration platforms.
• Support B2B integrations and platforms such as TIBCO BusinessConnect and MFT.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify technical debt and recommend modernization or platform upgrade strategies.
• Participate in on-call support and planned/unplanned production outages.

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 5 years of experience as an Integration Lead/Architect on large enterprise integration projects.
• 5 years of hands-on TIBCO experience, including:
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks
  • TIBCO EMS
  • TIBCO Adapters
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks Plug-ins
  • TIBCO BusinessConnect
• 5 years of API design, development, and deployment experience.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, and JMS.
• Strong knowledge of API Architecture, API Security, and API Design Standards.
• Experience with Microservices, SOA, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Azure APIM and/or IBM API Connect/App Connect.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Entra, Ping, or Azure B2C.
• Strong knowledge of SSL, mutual authentication, digital certificates, and security standards.
• Experience with SQL, RDBMS, XSD, JSON, XML, and data modeling.
• Experience with B2B/MFT platforms.
• Knowledge of Git/Azure Repos and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

• Experience with enterprise integration modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow change and release management.
• Experience with performance testing, load testing, and middleware KPIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
• Ability to work in an on-call support rotation.
