Be the technical expert on Transcarent's eligibility, EHR/EMR and partner integrations, and contribute to best practices,troubleshooting and risk assessment throughout client engagements. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify data needs, drive solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after the integration process. Work with internal teams to create and maintain documentation to help client and partner integrations go smoothly. Identify underlying partner needs to contribute and consult on scalable product design. Work collaboratively across the organization to identify and establish standards and best practices for data and integration. Design, develop, and implement new and complex ETL processes. Analyze and evaluate data sources. Act as an SME for internal and external teams on our data and standards. Ensure project deliverables meet organizational goals. Must have a Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Informatics, Information systems or related technical field. Must have at least 3 yrs. of relevant experience using HL7, Python, and SQL languages.
