Evaluate workflows from collection through decision execution
Identify integration gaps between intelligence systems and operational systems
Support leadership in improving data flow, tool utilization, and decision timelines
Coordinate with mission operators, intelligence teams, and external partners including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
Provide recommendations that improve mission clarity and reduce friction
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Engineering, National Security, or related field
10+ years of intelligence or mission operations experience
Active TS/SCI clearance
Direct experience within or supporting DEFSMAC, Space Force, or missile defense intelligence environments
Strong understanding of intelligence reporting workflows and operational decision processes
Experience operating in highly classified, high-visibility environments
Experience with intelligence platforms and databases such as DCGS, MIDB, Palantir, or similar systems
Background in space domain awareness, missile warning, or missile defense missions
Experience bridging intelligence and operations teams
Prior experience supporting joint or national-level decision environments
High-impact position influencing how intelligence supports real-world operational decisions
Hybrid flexibility in Northern VA or Denver
