Senior Interior Designer | Model Home Merchandising 
Location: Austin, TX 
Working Style: Full-time | In Office

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to bring fresh creativity, strong leadership, and exceptional design execution to every project.

What You’ll Do
You’ll assist on projects from concept to completion, including:

• Developing design concepts
• Project documentation and details
• Overseeing selections (furniture, finishes, lighting, and more)
• Coordinating and executing installations
• Collaborating closely with the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Model Home Interior Design
• Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to grasp the flow of a job from presentation through installation
• Experience with the furniture, fabrics, and accessories used in model home merchandising
• Experience in presentation, production, and overseeing the final installation of model homes
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly
