Lead and manage an interior designer who is responsible for the detailed side of our construction notes, 2d and 3d renderings, and materials selection.

Create innovative designs that inspire each homeowner.

Strong active listening ability for delighting each homeowner with design plans. <\/span>

Attend the closing walk for the project and job completion review.

Reliably achieve design sales targets.

2 plus years of sales -related experience.
<\/p>
A degree or certificate in architecture, space planning and/or interior design
<\/p>
Familiar with blueprints, drawing up construction notes, and communicating estimates. <\/span>
<\/p>
Must be currently proficient in a design program such as Chief Architect, 20/20, or AutoCAD.
<\/p>
Achieve a working knowledge of our software of choice, Chief Architect before start date. <\/span>
<\/p>
The desire to learn and execute the FBC Remodel design/sales process.
<\/p>

Starting responsibilities will include 6 -9 months of functioning in our interior designer role while also carrying some design sales responsibilities. <\/span>

After full onboarding as a Senior Designer, you will be expected to reach a sales target of 270K per month.
