Assist in identifying emerging risks and recommending audit priorities for future audit plans. Lead and support audit engagements through planning testing documentation reporting and post-audit follow-up. Analyze business processes to identify control gaps operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Evaluate financial operational regulatory and strategic risks across the organization. Communicate audit observations findings and recommendations to management and operational stakeholders. Review and monitor corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Validate remediation efforts and confirm risks have been effectively addressed. Support departmental initiatives focused on continuous improvement quality assurance and audit effectiveness. Participate in special projects audit committee activities and business improvement efforts as assigned.This is a full time direct hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Engineering Information Systems Marketing or a related field. Experience conducting operational financial and compliance audits. Strong knowledge of internal auditing principles methodologies and risk management practices. Experience preparing audit documentation reports and presenting findings to management. Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional-level English proficiency.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Masters degree or MBA. Certified Internal Auditor CIA certification. Prior audit experience within the restaurant food service retail hospitality or QSR industries is required.
