Be a part of a team that ensures the reliability and protection of essential systems in the toughest environments, making a direct impact on critical industries worldwide.Job Summary:The Senior Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory of production materials, operating equipment such as weight scales, counters, floor jacks and wave lifts, and preparing and staging materials for movement to support production.Key Responsibilities:Supports production and all departments with inventory as required.Maintains accurate inventory.Performs inventory transactions in our ERP system.Pulls materials, parts and supplies to fill stock requisitions and kits as necessary for production commitments.Processes backorder items and expedites material issuance to critical production requirements & shortages.Identifies and reports damaged items.Completes all paperwork and documents involving parts or materials received into and/or issued out of the area to ensure accountability.Conducts cycle counts to validate and reconcile inventory accuracy.Processing of receipts.Material handling.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Minimum 3 years of previous materials experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of basic math and electronics.Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suites.Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift devices.Must be able to work overtime as required.Must have a valid Driver's license.Desired Qualifications:Ability to use UPS and FedEx systems to properly ship outbound shipments.Flexible work schedule to accommodate overtime as needed.Ability to communicate in English effectively in both written and verbal forms.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Knowledge of supply chain management and lean principles.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
