Senior Investment Advisors are a critical tier of our ecosystem—providing strategic, high-touch guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from both earning opportunities and elevated credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Senior Investment Advisors to deliver strategic, operational, and capital-market guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is a contractor role, not traditional employment. Advisors operate independently through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Senior Investment Advisors:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of executing capital transactions or leading investment initiatives.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Senior Investment Advisors may:

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Senior Investment Advisors focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation. Day-to-day modeling or underwriting is performed only if specifically approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approvals are granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Advisors operate as independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may apply for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-value contributions

1. Submit an Advisor application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities.

Compliance Notice

• Provide investment advice to the public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentoring, and deal support.
