A leading middle-market investment bank may seek a Senior Investment Banking Analyst to lead deal modeling, manage due diligence processes, and support client interactions across M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions. These roles are ideal for candidates who have strong transaction experience and are ready to take on increased responsibility in deal execution and client deliverables.
Build and maintain advanced financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support deal structuring and valuation
Conduct in-depth industry research, benchmarking, and comparative analyses to support strategic recommendations
Lead portions of live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations with senior-level insights
Manage due diligence processes, organize data rooms, and coordinate transaction execution workflows
Mentor and support junior analysts in modeling, research, and deliverable preparation
Collaborate directly with senior bankers on client strategy, deal structuring, and execution plans
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline; advanced coursework or MBA is a plus
Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Proven analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet)
