Job Description:

The Opportunity

We seek a talented individual to join our Retirement, Insurance, and Government practice as aSenior Investment Director. This role will be an important part of a dynamic team dedicated tohelping clients meet or exceed their investment objectives through thoughtful portfolioconstruction, rigorous manager evaluation, and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Construct diversified portfolios with varying investment objectives, policies, and strategicasset allocation strategies in partnership with senior team members for a sophisticatedclient base• Evaluate investment managers across a broad range of asset classes, including publicequity, fixed income, private investments, and alternative strategies• Communicate directly with client in-house investment staff, investment committees, andboards to develop and present investment recommendations and decisions through clear,high-quality materials• Prepare analysis, lead and review the preparation of materials for internal discussions andexternal client meetings• Contribute to team efforts across investment strategy, portfolio management, managerresearch, marketing, team strategy and business development• Mentor and oversee junior colleagues in their career developmentQualifications• BA/BS required; MBA or CFA strongly preferred• At least 10 years of relevant experience in related role or broader industry• Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and eager to build experience across investmentsand commercial activities• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication acrossboth traditional and alternative asset classes• Familiarly with liability-aware investing is preferred, but not required• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, including experiencementoring junior colleagues• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively as needs evolve• Strong analytical, technical (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, proprietary systems exposure),project management, and communication skills• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Pay Range Minimum:

181500

Pay Range Maximum:

246800

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
