We are currently hiring Remote Project Engineers Telecoms (IP or Transport) located across the US. These roles will focus on supporting long-term network transformation programs involving Data Center (DC) /Point of Presence (POP) migrations, exits, and builds.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer in Transport Telecoms, you will play a critical role in the design, planning, implementation, and migration of complex telecom infrastructure projects. You will be part of a collaborative engineering team responsible for delivering best-in-class solutions in a dynamic environment.

Join our team and make your impact!Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement end-to-end audit strategies at logical and physical circuit levels.
· Analyse and correlate audit data to inform infrastructure design and migration planning.
· Produce accurate and comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
· Design and manage physical and logical migration strategies for network transformation projects.
· Understand and implement access vendor tail configurations across Transport and IP.
· Collect and analyse data from NMS, Element Managers, or directly from network devices.
· Troubleshoot complex issues creatively and remain composed under technical pressure.
· Collaborate with Project Management to define timelines, track milestones, and deliver to plan.
· Maintain clear and professional documentation; communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Prioritize and manage tasks to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Learn and adapt to unfamiliar products and technologies as required by project demands.Key Technology Skills

What We Are Looking For
· Demonstrated experience with large-scale DC/POP migration and build projects.
· Strong engineering background across Transport and/or IP domains.
· Ability to adapt quickly and learn unfamiliar technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
· Positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit.
