Job Summary
The Nevada Department of Transportation is recruiting for a Senior IT Business Analyst in Carson City, NV. The incumbent will serve as the liaison between business units and the M365/Data Management teams, this position drives operational excellence by analyzing business processes, supporting data-driven reporting, and implementing M365 automation and collaboration solutions. The incumbent will contribute to business modernization initiatives using Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, OneDrive, Forms, and other enterprise collaboration services. This role works closely with the M365 Team, business stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors to support enterprise collaboration tools, enhance business operations, and implement process automation. The position also participates in Agile project activities such as business process analysis, backlog management, requirements gathering, user story development, workflow documentation, testing coordination, training support, and solution implementation.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
