JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior IT Customer Support Tech to work remote from the USA. Utilizing your customer service and technical skills, you'll respond to and diagnose problems and answer queries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, network and telecommunications systems by screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. The Senior Customer Support Technician will prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation while supporting company-hosted web-enabled solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree is required or equivalent relevant experience, plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you bring to the table:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to facilitate SRT calls to expedite service recovery and restoration
• Ability to monitor, verify configuration, and provide first level triage of networked servers, storage, and other infrastructure devices
