    This is hybrid from day-1 ( Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance (1 hour or so) from Reading area )

    Position Summary
    We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with IT Leadership and Corporate Accounting in managing the financial operations of a large IT portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead annual IT budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling
    • Track IT spend, perform variance analysis, and provide executive reporting
    • Analyze vendor spend and identify cost optimization opportunities
    • Reconcile invoices against contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders
    • Partner with Accounting on accruals, allocations, and month-end close activities
    • Support ROI analysis and business cases for technology investments
    • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to IT Leadership

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 5+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A experience
    • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
    • Knowledge of GAAP, accruals, allocations, and financial controls
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Experience working with vendor spend, contracts, and invoice reconciliation

    Preferred
    • IT Finance experience
    • MBA
    • Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream experience
    • Vendor management or procurement finance background
