Title: Senior Director of IT Infrastructure Location: Los Angeles, CA Rate: $200k - 245k/base + bonus
OVERVIEW
Seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure to lead the organization's infrastructure strategy, operations, and modernization efforts. This role is responsible for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, workplace technologies, and service delivery, ensuring technology systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and technology modernization initiatives.
Oversee infrastructure operations, including cloud services, networks, systems, storage, databases, disaster recovery, and end-user technologies.
Drive operational excellence through automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern infrastructure management practices
Establish and maintain operational processes supporting service availability, business continuity, incident management, and disaster recovery.
Lead, develop, and mentor teams across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and operations.
Manage infrastructure budgets, vendors, strategic partnerships, and technology investments.
Partner with technology and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Present infrastructure strategies, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive IT leadership experience, including five (5) years in a senior infrastructure leadership role
Minimum eight (8) years of supervisory experience.Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems, storage, cloud platforms, and IT operations.Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, version control systems, and modern infrastructure delivery practices.
Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience partnering with security teams and supporting incident management, risk mitigation, and operational resilience initiatives.
Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure automation, and emerging technology trends, including AI-driven solutions.
