Job Overview The Senior IT Project Manager leads information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions for project that are large in scope and risk. Provides value to the organization by creating clear expectations, faster execution, fewer issues, better decisions and a higher customer satisfaction. This role will be dedicated to our Precision Medicine Program. The Hospital IT Construction Project Manager combines expertise in both healthcare IT and construction management to oversee projects that involve the implementation and upgrading of IT infrastructure within hospital facilities. Additional Information Department: IT PMO Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary depending on the need of the department. Depending on project 'go live' need, this position may have some weekend/holiday/on-call requirements. *This role is considered hybrid, but does have some onsite expectations. Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a directly related field. Experience:Five years of project management or business/project analyst experience. Equivalency: In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, one year of professional experience will serve as an equivalency to one year of education Preferred Qualifications: Previous hospital or IT project management experience Responsibilities POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE No direct patient care.
