Job Title: Senior IT Interface Analyst
Location: Remote with occasional onsite requirements in Troy, MI
Duration: 32 Weeks (Contract to Hire)
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Required Skills & Experience

" Minimum 7 years of applicable IT experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
" Strong experience with Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (v20.1 or higher preferred).
" Expertise with healthcare messaging standards including HL7, XML, and ANSI X12.
" Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
" Experience supporting medium-to-large healthcare system implementations.
" Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
" Working knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.
" Experience with SQL and/or PL/SQL preferred.
" Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

" Current Epic Bridges Certification.
" Cloverleaf Certification preferred.
" Experience with Epic Tapestry modules including:
" Utilization Management
" Case Management
" Appeals & Grievances
" Membership/Eligibility & Enrollment
" Provider Management
" Provider/Vendor Contracts
" Experience with Epic BID, Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and Reporting Workbench.
" Experience with Medicare payer environments and integrated health plan systems.
" Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Interface Analyst to support and maintain healthcare integration solutions within a complex Epic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf, HL7 integrations, healthcare workflows, and interface troubleshooting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional IT and operational teams to design, implement, optimize, and support clinical and business integrations.

Key Responsibilities

" Lead configuration and enhancement efforts for new and existing Epic interfaces and ancillary system integrations.
" Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface environments.
" Monitor and maintain complex interface operations and support system balancing activities.
" Collaborate with application analysts, operational teams, clinicians, vendors, and leadership to identify workflow impacts and integration solutions.
" Participate in workflow and dataflow analysis sessions and manage resulting system changes.
" Support interface production issues through triage, diagnosis, testing, and resolution activities.
" Assist with maintenance requests, incident management, and enhancement projects.
" Provide occasional training to end users on Epic Bridges tools and interface functionality.
" Contribute to project planning, work effort estimation, and resource planning activities.
" Mentor and provide guidance to junior Interface Analysts when required.
" Ensure compliance with healthcare integration standards and organizational customer service expectations.
