We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategist to support enterprise IT transformation initiatives within a government environment. This role will focus on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption for IT programs including digital transformation, cloud modernization, and enterprise system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Organizational Change Management activities for enterprise IT initiatives
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans
  • Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives
  • Manage OCM workstreams including timelines, risks, and coordination activities
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and support implementation activities
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of business or industry experience
  • 1 3 years of Organizational Change Management, project coordination, or project leadership experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects or transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and PMBOK principles
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication planning
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in government or public-sector environments
  • Experience supporting cloud migration or enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with organizational readiness and training coordination
