Job Description Required Education • Bachelor's Degree Preferred Certification • PMP Certification • Agile/Scrum Master Certification Required Experience • 8+ years of experience in technical delivery of data and analytics projects • Proven experience in the utility sector • Experience with data lifecycle and application project delivery and deployment Preferred Experience • Previous project management experience • Experience with utility project budgeting processes, including unit estimate and actuals tracking • Proven experience across the data project lifecycle • Experience with credit management/FinOps for cloud platforms Required Skills • Data & Analytics Project Management • Technical Project Delivery • Experience with data platforms such as SAP BDC, Snowflake, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAS, or equivalent • Budgeting and Scope Management • Risk Management • Stakeholder Management • Program Oversight • Architecture Collaboration • Steering Committee Management Preferred Skills • Cloud FinOps • Credit Management • Utility Project Budgeting Key Responsibilities • Plan, oversee, and execute data and advanced analytics projects • Support modernization of data and analytics platforms serving different operating units • Serve as the single point of contact for project budgeting, scoping, and technology decisions • Collaborate with architecture and quality advisors • Manage steering committees • Provide program oversight and manage project risks • Coordinate with operating unit (OU) stakeholders • Oversee projects primarily executed by an in-house Managed Service Provider
